The S-4000 Electronic Muscle Stimulator offer a variety of options to the therapist, doctor or trainer for the treatment of numerous physiological conditions. The S-4000 is designed with a uniphasic waveform and fixed pulse durations for increased comfort.

Featuring Auto-Ramp™, the S-4000 is a pro-grammable modality, that easily provides the re-quirements for effective injury recover, muscle stimulation and contraction of large muscle groups (i.e.quadriceps, trapezius) with a minimal amount of out-put current, (0-25 milliamps in normal use).

Mode Selector Settings:

#1. Constant High Frequency: Variable pulses per second (200 to 50pps.) dependent upon output level for enhanced comfort.

  • Plus Auto-Ramp ™: ProgrammableON-TIME (0-99 sec.). OFF-Time (0-99 sec.). Ramp Time is preset to 5 sec. UP / 5 sec. DOWN

#2. Intermittent High Frequency: Variable pulses per second (200 to 50pps) dependent upon output level. "ON-Time" is 8 seconds followed by a rest cycle "OFF-Time" of 2 seconds.

  • Plus Auto-Ramp™: Select desired ON-Time/OFF-Time

#3. Constant Low Frequency: 2 pulses per second.

  • Plus Auto-Ramp™: Adjustable ON-Time / OFF-Time. Ramp Time is preset 5 sec. UP / 5 sec. DOWN.
